Mini-Pilgrimages: Bush Walks and ​Indigenous Sites
Join parents from our Broken Bay school communities in an inspiring walk through stunning national parkland. Aboriginal educator, Dave Ella guides the group through their bush journey (both active and contemplative!), and the group is encouraged to make spiritual connections with their own lives. Two walks are planned for 2020, Thurs 2 April (Bulgrandry & Somersby Falls), and Friday 13 Nov (West Head Lookout). Contact: jo.spek@dbb.catholic.edu.au

Congratulations to Karen Wong (a parent at Prouille, Wahroonga) who, in 2019, initiated a fellowship of women who seek to explore more deeply their relationship with Jesus Christ. By reading the selected book, meeting weekly and sharing personal reflections, the goal is to strengthen, refresh and enhance our faith journey in a welcoming atmosphere at Holy Name Parish Wahroonga.

ALPHA initiative (Wyong)
Congratulations to Angela Bailey, a parent with children at St Cecilia’s Wyong, who ran an ALPHA program for mothers in her local area. ALPHA is series of weekly gatherings which give people an opportunity to explore life, faith and God in a friendly, open and informal environment.
